Collecting your own package
Bring the following with you to the collection desk:
- Valid Photo ID
- Registration Confirmation Email or QR Code
Your QR code is available in your runner dashboard as soon as payment is confirmed.
Race Week
Package Collection
Collect your bib, shirt, timing chip and race package Monday 8 to Friday 12 November 2027, before Sunday, 14 November 2027. There is no collection on Saturday and none on race morning.
Important notice
Race package collection is available exclusively from Monday through Friday. There will be no package collection on Saturday or on race morning. Participants are encouraged to collect their race package during the scheduled collection period to ensure a smooth race-day experience.

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM · Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location

No Saturday or race day
There is no package collection on Saturday 13 November 2027. There is no race-morning package collection.
Collection by someone else
A friend, colleague or family member may collect on your behalf with all three of the following:
- Written Authorization Letter
- Copy of the Participant's Photo ID
- Registration Confirmation Email or QR Code
Incomplete documentation cannot be accepted — race officials will ask the participant to attend in person.
Plan ahead
Don't leave it to Friday morning
Friday collection closes at 12:00 PM and is the busiest session of the week. Collect Monday to Thursday for the shortest wait and the best shirt-size availability.
