How do I register?

Choose your race, complete the online registration form and pay securely. Registration takes about five minutes and you will receive a confirmation email with your registration reference immediately afterwards.

Can I walk?

Yes. The 5K is designed for walkers, families and first-time participants. Walkers are welcome in the 10K as long as they finish within the two-hour cut-off.

Are refunds available?

Registration fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer your entry to another participant or to a different distance up to 14 days before race day.

Is there an age limit?

Participants under 16 may enter the 5K with a parent or guardian's consent. The 10K requires participants to be 14 or older and the 10K Challenge is open to participants aged 14 and over.

Where do I collect my race package?

Race packages are collected at the Antigua Recreation Ground from Monday 8 November to Friday 12 November 2027. Hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Thursday and 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Friday. Bring valid photo ID and your registration confirmation email or QR code. There is no collection on Saturday and none on race morning.

Is there Saturday or race-morning package collection?

Race package collection is available exclusively from Monday through Friday. There will be no package collection on Saturday or on race morning. Participants are encouraged to collect their race package during the scheduled collection period to ensure a smooth race-day experience.

What happens if it rains?

The race proceeds in light rain. In the event of severe weather the start may be delayed or the course shortened. Any change is announced by email and on our social channels.

Is there parking and bag storage?

Free parking is available near the Recreation Ground and a supervised bag drop opens 90 minutes before the first start.

Is chip timing included?

Yes. Every entry includes professional chip timing. Your net time, splits and finishing position are published online shortly after you cross the line.

When are results published?

Provisional results appear live during the race and final certified results are published within 24 hours, along with your downloadable digital certificate.

What medical support is available?

Medical stations are positioned across every course with mobile response units on motorcycles and an ambulance on standby at the finish.

Are the roads closed?

Key sections of the course are closed to traffic and the full route is marshalled in partnership with the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda.

Who receives cash prizes?

Cash prizes are awarded to the overall first, second and third finishers in each distance, totalling EC$6,500 across the event.

When is the awards ceremony?

The awards ceremony takes place at the Recreation Ground once the final 10K finishers have crossed the line.

How does the Corporate Challenge work?

Register a team from your organisation across any distance. The first five finishers from each team count toward the overall score and the lowest combined time wins.

How many people can join a team?

Accepted Answer

There is no maximum team size. A minimum of five finishers is required for a team to be scored, and larger teams also compete for the Largest Team award.
