The first five finishers from each team count toward the overall score. Lowest combined time wins.
The Course
Two Starts, One Finish
The 10K starts at Antigua Recreation Ground, St. John's and the 5K at Cedar Grove, roughly the midpoint of the 10K route. Both races finish at Runaway Bay.
